30 Day Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to be fair and customer-friendly, while also maintaining the integrity of our business operations. We offer free returns in instances where the product is defective, or if there has been an error or mistake on our part in fulfilling your order. This includes situations such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or any other discrepancy directly attributable to our handling or processing of your order. Cancelations/Subscriptions
Orders cannot be canceled after it has been processed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers to ensure customer privacy. We provide an account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions at anytime.
Damaged Product
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to contact@bff-pets.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover any related cost to your reshipment. After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.
